These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online course "MAGNETIZE YOUR PERSONAL BRAND™" (the "Course") hosted on Thinkific and provided by Finer Print, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Course.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase or access this Course. By enrolling, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. License to Use Course Materials

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others.

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any Course materials.

• Record, copy, or download content for redistribution, except for the social media graphics provided in the Course, which you are permitted to download and use for your own promotional or educational purposes.

• Use the materials to create competing products or services.

All intellectual property in the Course remains our property.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Thinkific.

All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued for any reason once access to the Course has been granted, including but not limited to non-use of the Course, dissatisfaction, or failure to complete the Course.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollments obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, in which case access may be revoked without refund.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future purchases.

5. Access to the Course

We strive to keep the Course available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or remove content at any time.

Your purchase grants you access for the lifetime of the Course on Thinkific, meaning for as long as the Course remains available, supported, and maintained by us on the Thinkific platform. This does not guarantee lifetime access to Thinkific generally, to future versions of the Course, or to any bonus materials.

If we permanently discontinue the Course, migrate platforms, or if Thinkific ceases to host the Course, your access may end at that time without entitlement to a refund.

Access may be revoked if you violate these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other students or instructors.

• Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform.

• Use the Course for unlawful purposes.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Disclaimers

The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee specific results from taking the Course. Your outcomes depend on your effort, circumstances, and application of the material.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
